Caleb Morris is currently in his second year of the JD/MBA program at the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens. He started his higher education journey with a summa cum laude degree in International Affairs from the same university. During his undergraduate years, he interned at the White House in the Communications and Press Offices and at Dentons LLP in Washington D.C., gaining significant experience in legal and public policy.
Before his graduate studies, Morris co-founded Civics Academy, serving as COO. He played a key role in developing educational content and business strategies, and built relationships with judicial officials in Georgia, Florida, and New Jersey. At law school, he has interned with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, assisting in case law research and trial preparation. His involvement with UGA Law's Appellate Litigation Clinic has him focusing on immigration cases, supporting legal strategy development.
Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Morris is an avid runner, poet, and bonsai enthusiast, showcasing his love for endurance, creativity, and attention to detail. He is also a passionate supporter of the Georgia Bulldogs.

Chip Morris stands out as a visionary leader and founder of Civics Academy, a trailblazing e-learning company serving court systems across several states. With an impressive career spanning over 32 years in behavioral health, Chip's journey began with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 1991. His expertise as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in Georgia has been instrumental in shaping various sectors, including community mental health, crisis intervention, private practice, and court services. His leadership at Civics Academy is inspired by his commitment to enhancing offender education, showcasing his ability to identify and address complex needs within the legal system. Beyond Civics Academy, Chip is a member of the University of Georgia School of Social Work's Board of Advisors, the innovative founder and chairman of the non-profit Citizens Empowered, and a former member of the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage and Family Therapists. His dedication to fostering productive citizenship through advanced educational methods and his strategic involvement in various esteemed boards highlight his significant impact in the field.

John E. Hall, Jr., a founding partner of Hall Booth Smith, is dedicated to establishing it as the leading litigation firm in the Southeast. He has a specialization in defending high exposure cases, including medical malpractice, construction, commercial litigation, and mass torts, and has successfully tried over 125 cases. John’s expertise in birth trauma and catastrophic cases led to his appointment as National Counsel for major insurance carriers, overseeing a specialized legal approach in high exposure cases. Additionally, John manages a substantial corporate practice, focusing on International Trade and Finance, Arbitration/Mediation, Business Structures, Health Care, and Commercial Litigation. He is a former board member of the USLAW Network and is an active participant in professional organizations, often speaking at industry events and contributing to educational materials for clients. Furthermore, John is an Honorary Consul to the Country of Georgia and chairs the Atlanta-Tbilisi Sister City Committee, promoting international relations between Georgia, USA, and Georgia, Europe.

Dr. Rusty Brooks recently retired from the University of Georgia where he served as the Director of the International Center at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government, University of Georgia. His role focused on enhancing governance, promoting democracy, and fostering citizen engagement across public, private, and NGO sectors. With over two decades of international experience, Dr. Brooks has worked in Eastern Europe, Africa, Australia, South America, and extensively in China and South Korea. He leveraged his rich professional background to develop and impart training and educational courses globally. As the Director, he oversaw the Institute’s initiatives in training, technical assistance, and consultation for local to national governments in various countries including China, South Korea, Brazil, countries in NIS/South Central Europe, and several African nations. His work was instrumental in shaping governmental strategies and policies in these regions.
